I have been told not to use the same cleaners that you use on a regular monitor to clean a flat panel monitor. My cat sneezed on the screen, now I have cat spit marks on it and want to know how to clean it.
Most flat screen TV’s can be cleaned by using a soft cloth, such as a terry towel, and a very small amount of water. Just dampen the cloth and wipe it down, then use the dry area to dry & remove streaks.
well, you know the stuff you use to clean eye glasses?? Use that, with a soft cloth. Its simpler to buy, unlike the other stuff people have posted here. haha. It also works really really excellent. Dont use paper products, because (obviously) paper is made of wood, so it could scratch your monitor. hope this helps!!
i really don’t know but i will definately be checking back in to find out. mine is covered in finger prints…very annoying…
I clean mine with turpentine and sandpaper (36 grit).
RTFM

plain water or Vinegar, Water, and Isopropyl Alcohol mixed together with a cotton cloth.
You can also buy cleaners for it, but why when most people have water and vinegar.
We use just water and vinegar at where I work for the cleaning.
