This computer is not exactly what I expected. It was sent to me with very poor sound reproduction and defective speaker plug-in holes. My 10 year-ancient computer produces much better sound than this Dell, plus my 10-year-ancient computer has a 10-year-ancient screen that yields much better image definition than this Dell.
I regret purchasing this product.
Worst when I told customer service of the main flaw, they offered to fix it but who will have to pay for reshipping, lost program data and repacking? Guess: Me.
Not recommended for buy. The sellers needs to improve the quality of the product.

the computer arrived broken and i was ripped off and did not recieve my full refund. i had ato include a star in this review but it does not count. I do not like being taken advantage of very poor service and I would discourage anyone from purchasing from your company. I felt like I was not treated well.
